This geometrical optimization results in the valve disc only contacting the valve seat at the moment of full closure, effectively eliminating friction and wear during 0-90° opening and closing strokes, significantly extending service life.

✅ Hard Seal Reliability: The sealing ring (seat) is constructed from materials like Stainless Steel, Stainless Steel/Graphite, or Stainless Steel/PTFE composites. This hard seal provides exceptional performance in both high-temperature and low-temperature conditions, offering the dual benefits of a metal hard seal (durability) and the resilience of an elastic element (tight shut-off).
